Welcome to Awik!

Hey there, we're so happy you're here! This agreement lays out all the simple guidelines to make sure everyone has a great time using Awik, and helps us keep the app fun, safe, and useful for every member of our community. By opening and using Awik, you're agreeing to follow these simple rules we've put together.

No Login Required Perk

We built Awik to be as accessible as possible - you never need to create an account, share personal information, or sign up for anything to use every single feature the app offers. We don't store any personal identifiers unless you choose to reach out to us directly via email for support or feedback. All your work stays on your device unless you explicitly choose to share it elsewhere.

How You Can Use Awik

• Feel free to use Awik for all your personal fun, creative projects, and productivity needs whenever you want
• You can screenshot, save, export, and share anything you create inside Awik for your own use as much as you'd like
• If you want to use Awik for small commercial projects, that's totally okay too as long as you're not reselling the app itself or core features of Awik as your own product
• Please don't try to hack, reverse engineer, or modify the app's code, or use automated tools to scrape content from Awik's shared spaces

Your Creations Belong To You

Anything you make, draft, design, or upload into Awik is 100% your property. We never access, copy, store, or share your personal work on our servers unless you choose to send it to us directly for support requests, feature feedback, or to submit it to our community showcase voluntarily.

Community Guidelines

If you use any of Awik's shared public spaces like our template gallery, community idea board, or user showcase, please follow these simple rules:

• Only share content that is kind, respectful, and appropriate for users of all ages
• Only share content that you own or have explicit permission to share with the public
• No spamming, posting promotional content unrelated to Awik, or trying to redirect other users to external sites for commercial purposes
• Don't post content that upsets, harasses, or discriminates against other users or groups of people

App Updates & Changes

We're always working to make Awik better! We might add new features, adjust existing ones, or temporarily take the app down for maintenance whenever we need to. We'll always try to give you a heads up inside the app when big changes are coming, and we work really hard to keep the app running smoothly 99% of the time.

We might also update this user agreement every now and then when we add new features. We'll post a notice inside the app when changes happen, and your continued use of Awik after the updated effective date means you're okay with the new guidelines.

Access Restrictions

We really don't like doing this, but if we see someone using Awik in a way that hurts other users, breaks our community guidelines, or disrupts the experience for everyone else, we might restrict their access to certain features or block them from using the app entirely. We only ever do this when it's necessary to keep the rest of the Awik community happy and safe.
