We also collect basic device information including operating system version, app version, and screen resolution to optimize our service for your device.
- Payment information (if applicable): If you purchase a paid Awik subscription, our payment processing partners collect payment card details and billing information - we do not store full payment card information on our servers.
How We Use Your Information
- Deliver core Awik functionality, including syncing your content across all your devices and enabling collaboration with other users you choose to share workspaces with
- Provide personalized experiences, such as suggesting relevant templates, workflow shortcuts, or feature updates based on how you use the product
- Send you essential service communications, including security alerts, service outage notifications, subscription renewal reminders, and important policy updates

- When you choose to share content or workspaces with other Awik users, the information you choose to share will be visible to the users you have invited to collaborate.
- When we are required to disclose information to comply with valid legal requests, we will notify you of the disclosure in advance unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.

Children's Privacy
Awik services are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13. If you become aware that we have collected data from a user under the age of 13, please contact us immediately and we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to our practices, product features, or legal requirements. We will notify all users of material changes at least 30 days before the new policy takes effect, via in-app notification or email.
